Custom builds

Garages, offices and custom builds

If it fits on a trailer and down the road, we can likely build it. Garages with overhead doors, offices, and buildings built on your own slab.

A 12x28 office, start to finish

Built in 2023, before the ET Lux name. Framed, sheathed and wrapped, finished inside with drywall, paint, vinyl plank and baseboard heat, then loaded on a tilt trailer, hauled and set at the mill.

Two ways to finish the inside

Natural pine tongue and groove for a camp or a cottage feel, or drywall and paint for an office or a studio. Both get insulation, vapour barrier, flooring, trim and licensed electrical.

Garages can be left open, or lined in plywood, steel or vinyl.

Designed around the road

What a delivered building has to do

It has to travel. That shapes the design before anything else.

We keep buildings to about 11.5 ft tall so they ride at 14 to 15 ft on the trailer, design widths that can be permitted, and quote larger footprints as modules joined on site. Anything beyond what our trailer can carry is contracted to licensed, insured movers.

How a custom build goes

From an idea to a building

Tell us the use

What it's for, roughly how big, and where it's going. A photo of the site helps.

Ballpark

A quick range so you know whether it fits the budget before anyone draws anything.

Design and estimate

Layout, elevations and a written estimate. Renders when they help, always labelled as concepts.

Build and deliver

Deposit books your build. Built, hauled, set and levelled. Balance before delivery.

Have something specific in mind?

Send the size, the use and a photo of where it's going. You'll get a ballpark before anyone draws a line.
