How delivery works

Four steps from Plaster Rock to your site

Quoted by distance

Delivery is a separate line on your estimate, priced on the distance from Plaster Rock.

Route and site check

Before we quote, we go over the way in: width, overhead lines, gates, trees and where the building will sit. A photo of the spot helps.

Delivery day

Hauled on our custom shed trailer. A crane is brought in when the site needs it. Anything beyond what our trailer can carry is contracted to licensed, insured movers.

Set and levelled

Blocked and levelled on your pad or blocks so doors swing and windows close the way they did before it left Plaster Rock.

  • Stock units: free delivery anywhere in New Brunswick during the end-of-season promo, blocking and levelling included
Site prepA level gravel pad, or concrete blocks on firm ground. We can block and level on delivery.
ClearanceBuildings ride about 14 to 15 ft high on the trailer. Check gates, branches and overhead lines along the way in.
PermitsBuilding permit rules vary by municipality and by size. Check with your local office; we'll supply the dimensions and drawings they ask for.
PaymentBalance is due before the building leaves the yard. E-transfer to dustin@etluxmodular.com.
