Pricing

Simple pricing: $45 per square foot

Priced on the building footprint, so a 12x20 is 240 sq ft. HST and delivery are on top. Delivery is quoted by distance.

Standard build

$45 / sq ft + HST

Hemlock siding, double barn doors, steel roof, 3/4 in floor. Delivery quoted separately.

Footprint sq ft × $45 = your price before HST and delivery.

Sizes built so far run from 10x12 to 16x26; 12x20 and 12x24 are our stock sizes. Other sizes are quoted the same way. Vehicle storage needs the reinforced floor and is always a custom build.

3/4 in floor on 2x6 joists, 24 in on centre on a 12 ft wide building; closer spacing for bigger buildings or heavier use
Rafters sized to the National Building Code for your site's snow load
Built level, plumb and square

Windows and extra doors are upgrades, in white or black stock.

Lead time. Custom storage buildings take 3 to 4 weeks from deposit. The stock unit is ready now.

Terms. Deposit to start, balance before delivery. Stock units sell as built; changes are only made to a stock unit once it is paid in full.
